Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Omar Pareja, a sole proprietor doing business as "WiseProd" ("WiseProd," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with the WiseProd platform at wiseprod.co, its subdomains, and related services (together, the "Services").

This Policy is part of, and incorporated into, the WiseProd Terms of Service. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. A Note on Roles: WiseProd vs. Organizers

WiseProd is a technology platform that lets organizations (each an "Organizer," such as a fraternity or chapter) create event pages and sell tickets to buyers ("Buyers" or "Attendees").

  • For the operation of the platform itself, WiseProd determines how your information is handled, as described in this Policy.
  • When you buy a ticket to an Event, the Organizer of that Event also receives your information (such as your name, email, and order details) and uses it independently, under its own privacy practices, to run its Event. WiseProd does not control how an Organizer uses information once the Organizer receives it.

Before buying a ticket, you should review the relevant Organizer's own privacy practices. This Policy covers WiseProd's practices, not those of any Organizer.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide to us.

  • Account information (Organizers). When an Organizer or its representatives create an account, we collect information such as name, email address, a password (which is stored in hashed form by our authentication provider), and organization details.
  • Onboarding and payout information (Organizers). To enable payments, Organizers complete onboarding with our payment processor, Stripe. Stripe collects identity, business, and bank-account information directly; we receive limited account status and identifiers from Stripe, not full financial credentials.
  • Event information (Organizers). Event details, ticket tiers, pricing, images, and similar content you submit.
  • Purchase and attendee information (Buyers). When you place an order, we collect your name and email address, the names or details of attendees you enter, the tickets you select, and any access code you use.
  • Communications. If you contact us (for example, by email), we collect the information you choose to provide.

2.2 Information we collect automatically. When you use the Services, we automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and usage activity. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the Services, including to apply rate limiting and prevent abuse.

2.3 Referral and attribution information. If you arrive at an Event through an Organizer's referral or "seller" link, we record the associated referral code so that the Organizer can attribute the sale. Aggregate referral results may be shown on leaderboards, which display seat or sales counts only and not personal information about Buyers.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including creating Events, processing orders, delivering tickets (including QR-code tickets), and supporting check-in;
  • process payments through Stripe and facilitate settlement to Organizers;
  • send transaction and service messages, such as order confirmations and ticket delivery, by email and, where you provide a phone number, by text message;
  • secure the Services, detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms;
  • respond to your questions and provide support;
  • analyze and improve the Services; and
  • comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the rights of others.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services. These include:

  • Essential cookies, which are necessary for the Services to function, such as keeping you signed in and protecting against fraud and abuse; and
  • Attribution cookies, which record whether you arrived through an Organizer's referral link so that sales can be attributed.

WiseProd does not use cookies for third-party or cross-context behavioral advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Services from working.

5. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • With the Organizer of an Event you purchase from. When you buy a ticket, the Organizer receives your order information (such as name, email, and attendee details) to fulfill and manage its Event. The Organizer uses that information under its own privacy practices, as described in Section 1.
  • With service providers who help us operate the Services. We share information with vendors that process data on our behalf, such as: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database, authentication, and storage hosting), Vercel (application hosting and delivery), Resend (email delivery), Upstash (rate limiting and abuse prevention), and, where text messaging is used, a messaging provider. These providers may only use the information to provide services to us.
  • For legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of WiseProd, our users, or others.
  • In a business transfer. If WiseProd is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes, such as completing transactions, providing support, maintaining records required for tax or accounting purposes, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it. Organizers independently control how long they retain the Buyer information they receive.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reliance on reputable infrastructure providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

8. Your Choices and Rights

  • Email preferences. You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in those messages. We may still send you transaction and service-related messages, such as ticket and order confirmations.
  • Access, correction, and deletion. You may request to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us at wiseprod.us@gmail.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law. Note that the Organizer of an Event you purchased from may retain your information in its own records; you may need to contact that Organizer directly.
  • State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, such as the right to know, correct, or delete personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any such right, contact us at wiseprod.us@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us at wiseprod.us@gmail.com.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites and services, including Stripe and Organizer pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and this Policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party whose services you use.

11. United States Operation

The Services are operated in the United States and are intended for users in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, by other reasonable means. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.

2.4 Information from third parties. We receive limited information from our payment processor (such as transaction status and identifiers) and from Organizers in connection with their Events.

2.5 Payment information. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, not by WiseProd. We do not store full payment card numbers. Stripe processes your information in accordance with the Stripe Privacy Policy.
